In this workshop, Mina will use guided visualization, kundalini warm ups and meditation, crystal healing, reiki healing, and sound healing to open up and balance the fifth chakra, our energy center of communication, so that participants can speak from a place of peace, neutrality, knowingness, and honesty.

This workshop aims to clear up confusion about each student's true essence, polish their communication, and push them past their programming to hold back who they are to the world in their fullest expression.

Moreover, students will express their truth in a less reactive manner and from more of an objective perspective. The guided visualization will allow the participants to release any energetic blocks, tap them into their higher consciousness, and replenish them with new, high vibrating energy.

The kundalini portion consists of gentle warm ups that target the spinal column where all the chakras in the body reside so that the kundalini energy can rise, which is a path of awakening, as well as breathing techniques and cathartic chants that allow the students to own their voices and allow themselves to be heard and seen.

Everyone will then transition onto their backs and Mina will place intuitively chosen crystals on each person on the throat chakra, and any other chakra she might feel guided. Mina will then douse the entire room with Reiki healing energy and play the flower of life gong and a gemstone bowl, which will amplify all the present healing frequencies.

The Flower of Life tuning represents the origin of all things through sacred geometry. The vibrations are one step on the journey to self-realization. The Flower of Life Gong is the sonic metaphor of the creative primordial sound. Please bring a mat and water.
