Yoga I courses are the most thorough introduction for a beginner to the Sivananda tradition, or for anyone looking to renew their practice of Hatha yoga. It is a most comprehensive course that will give you a solid foundation to build your practice on.

Courses are taught in small groups so you may get personal attention.
Please note: You must keep your camera on for this course. Otherwise the instructor is at liberty to remove you. In such a case no refund will be issued,
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
