What you'll learn in this nutrition class:

Improve your health, energy and mood by understanding your relationship with food.

Do you sometimes feel just awful after eating certain foods? Are you overloaded with nutrition information, but your diet is still not working for you? Because we’re as unique as our fingerprints, should our diets be customized to support our body make-up and state of mind?

Food matters -- food is medicine -- it’s not just health (and skinniness) we are after from our diets -- its happiness and a clear mind. Some believe that meals can ‘improve your health, energy and mood and maybe even help you find love.’

In this class we will learn:
  • How to change our relationship to food by focusing on the issues that matter -- our own body.
  • To identify the hidden signs that the foods we're eating are not right for us.
  • To unlock our unconscious beliefs about food and our body’s metabolism.
  • The nutritional virtues of foods -- and their effects on our physical and mental well-being.
  • New knowledge on how to find and prepare foods to bring joy back into eating and life.
  • How to debunk those food myths that may be hurting us.
“The most beautiful thing to eat when you have heartbreak is turkey, because turkey has the amino acid tryptophan, which is the basis of our hormone serotonin. But the girls just don’t know that.” – Dr. Nadia Wolf
