There are two options to become a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Option #1: Complete a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt level project using the tools, methodology and roadmap provided by Six Sigma Development Solutions, Inc.

If you are completing the project as a team of potential Lean Six Sigma Green Belts, you will also be required to pass a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification exam.
One of our Master Black Belt mentors must verify that your project meets the requirements for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Option #2: Pass the International Association for Six Sigma Certification’s (IASSC) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Exam https://iassc.org/six-sigma-certification/green-belt-certification/.

The IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Exam™ is a 100 question, closed book, proctored exam with a three-hour allotted time. The Exam contains approximately 20 multiple-choice and true/false questions from each major section of the IASSC Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Body of Knowledge

If you choose the Lean Six Sigma project option for certification:

We will help you before, during and after the course to complete your certification project.

Before the course, our Master Black Belt instructors will help you to identify a project that will help you to effectively learn the tools and methodology of Lean Six Sigma and earn your certification in less than three months.
After the course, our Master Black Belts will be available to mentor you through each stage of your project (for up to 6 months).

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.

Refund Policy

Customer Cancellation

Customer Cancellations must be submitted to Six Sigma Development Solutions, Inc. via email to [email protected] or faxed to 888-325-4281
Cancellations received eleven (11) business days or more from the class start date will not be charged the training fee.
Cancellations 6-10 business days will be invoiced 50% of the training fee
Cancellations from 0-5 business days of the class start date will be invoiced 100% of the training fee.
The customer can transfer enrollment to a future Six Sigma Development Solutions, Inc. training course of the same or less value within 365 days of the cancellation date.
Customers canceling enrollment in our public courses and receiving a cancellation penalty can only transfer the amount penalized to another public course (as opposed to a private onsite course).
Registrant substitutions may be made at any time.
Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you will be responsible for payment in full.

Cancellation by Six Sigma Development Solutions, Inc.

Six Sigma Development Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or change a class at any time, including but not limited to, lack of participation, classroom, equipment, or trainer availability.
- The public course must meet a minimum required enrollment, or the class will be canceled.
- If the class is canceled, the student will be notified with alternate options including, but not limited to:
  - Reschedule the student for another Six Sigma Development Solutions, Inc. training date in their area.
  - Travel to and attend a live training in one of our other training sites.
  - Attend a hybrid live virtual classroom course at any one of our live courses.
- Notification will be provided within seven (7) days of the class, whenever possible.
- Six Sigma Development Solutions, Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class, including, but not limited to, cancellation penalties for transportation or accommodation.

The customer or student’s sole remedy shall be the refund of prepaid course fees.

Refund Policy - Client cancelling outside of the cancellation policy deadline will be refunded, on request, the full amount paid minus a credit card processing fee.
