I loved this course! Jo Anne was wonderful and incredibly informed. I learned a lot and had fun the whole time! I would absolutely recommend this class to anyone interested.

Our host Joanne was engaging, warm, kind, and extremely knoweldgeable. I'm definitely going to ALL of her workshops. She is a wealth of information and I can't wait to learn more from her.

I recently attended Herbs 101 at the Remedies Herb Shop in Carroll Gardens and was pleasantly surprised to find a friendly environment for newcomers as well as a very knowledgeable proprietor. I find my self now infusing oat straw and dandelion root at home. I highly recommend this course and I look forward to taking more classes at this establishment.
