In-Person Daily Schedule Includes:

• 10:00-11:30am EST Hybrid Alexander Technique Masterclass with Ann Rodiger
• 11:30am-1:00pm EST In Person Class with Ann Rodiger and teaching assistants. Includes personal attention and hands-on work
• 2:00-5:00pm EST In Person Class with Ann Rodiger and teaching assistants. Includes personal attention and hands-on work

Through these intensives, you will learn how to:

• Improve your posture, breathing, balance, and coordination

In-Person Morning Track:

In-Person Full Day Track:

• Includes: Two Daily In Person Classes & AT Masterclass 
• Tuition: $575 per week
