Bedtime Manners : Plant Medicine & Ritual for a Good Night's Rest

Join Analisa for a conversational experience, setting the tone for good sleep through plant medicine and ritual. In this workshop we will hold space for our source(s) of sleepless nights, illuminate habitual patterns preventing us from solid hours of shut-eye, and ways to rebuild our relationship with slumber. Wind down with productive rest throughout the day, hydrotherapy, lucid dreaming techniques, herbal allies and their various uses, revamping the Feng Shui of your sleeping environment plus more dream weaver methods to create a healthy sleeping routine. Participants will make their own herbal sleeping blend to add to their bed time rituals. Peaceful Zzzz's ahead!

What to Bring: Your favorite mug, we will share an infusion together! A notebook or journal and something to write with.
