EXCELLENT instructor. She was encouraging, engaging and very patient. This was the very first time for me to make bread and I thought the class would be way over my head but she emailed me in advance to reassure me that I could do it and I did make a great loaf even though my dough did not rise until hours later. I would take classes from JJ again.

One of the best in-person classes in LA is the Bread Fundamentals class through Chef Eric's Culinary Classroom. It has an average class size of 12 people and is open to students ages 15 or older.
