Other's were disappointed and cursed as they left too. Not only do I deserve a refund, you should pay for my class as I still want to attend the bread making class!! Aaron 213-629-3647

Both my daughter and I really enjoyed the class very much. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five is that they crammed too many baked goods in a 2 1/2 hour class. They could have easily eliminated the biscuit making portion (as evidenced by the fact that there were so many left over and very few of us bothered to take them home). Chefs Billie and Adam were amazing in the depth of their knowledge of baking. They offered baking techniques, humor, etc. in making the class not only so enjoyable but educational. I would definitely recommend this class to beginners and non-beginners alike.

Very good intro to baking class. The pace of the class was very fast because we were baking 4 different breads. The upside is you get to try a few different doughs and get a feel for them... the con is the pace seemed a bit hectic. The focaccia was our favorite to bake and eat! It was my first cooking/baking class ever so I don't have much to compare to, but I would definitely recommend this class/cook la based on my experience so far!
