Lisa Romeo is the author of Starting with Goodbye: A Daughter’s Memoir of Love after Loss. Her essays and short memoir pieces are regularly published in literary and popular media, including the New York Times, O The Oprah Magazine, Brevity, and Brain Child. 

Lisa teaches creative writing at Bay Path University, CNF for Rutgers/Montclair State Universities, and The Writers Circle. She’s an editor with Compose Journal and Cleaver Magazine.
