Mary Duncan-Stein

Teaches at PNT GROUP FITNESS & CYCLING

LIC resident, Mary Duncan has been working in the fitness industry since 1993. Since moving to New York in 2000 she has worked with a variety of populations from marathon runners and high performance athletes to those just beginning to explore fitness. She truly enjoys helping people and loves to see her students and clients work hard, improve their fitness levels and live a healthier lifestyle. She has held certifications from Fitour, DePauw University, AFSA, the American Heart Association, and IDEA.
