Anurag Gupta, MPhil, JD, is a sought-after mindfulness and unconscious bias expert. He developed BE MORE’s novel methodology after conducting decade-long multidisciplinary research and study of the causes of and solutions to bias, both interpersonally and institutionally. Since founding BE MORE, he has brought his methodology to over 10,000 professionals nationwide in a variety of sectors, including healthcare, finance, law, technology, and government.

In the past, he has developed programs to foster critical thinking and ethnic reconciliation among youth in Myanmar; represented women’s groups to express grievances to international treaty bodies like CEDAW; provided counsel to criminal justice reform projects in the United States; published academic articles on triple-bottom-line corporate structures; and served as a Fulbright Scholar in rural South Korea. Through his work in a range of sectors globally, he witnessed firsthand that unconscious bias is a root cause of the innumerable challenges organizations face with respect to exceptional client services, employee relations and engagement, and inclusion and diversity. He has thus committed his life to training leaders and companies in key sectors in proven tools and skills to hack bias.
