A native of San Diego CA, Joseph began practicing yoga (Iyengar) in the summer of 2003. When he moved to NYC in 2009, he discovered Vinyasa yoga. Not long afterwards, he got certified through Sonic is currently completing his 500 hour with Will Duprey. Joseph implements yoga into all facets of his life and feels exceptionally blessed to share the joy of yoga with all who practice. In his classes, he encourages a light hearted approach in which we can learn and laugh together. He strives to bring authenticity to the practice of yoga and to his teaching. His main goal is that we all leave knowing ourselves a little more each time we practice.
