Meal was absolutely delicious. The chef instructions were easy to follow, no problem catching up when needed. Plus, shared vegan options during class.

It was fun and the chef was good. This class required a lot of steps and ingredients- the information sent out ahead of time needs to be more detailed and the syllabus and actual recipe should be sent out earlier, as the shopping list and items used in the recipe were not the same. But most importantly, it would have been helpful to know what should be chopped, measured out or already prepared prior to the start of class- as it was, it was very difficult to keep apace of the steps as they happened in the class.
