Cariad Harmon

Teaches at New York City Guitar School

British born and New York based singer/songwriter Cariad Harmon has been performing original music in and around New York City since her graduation from Berklee College of Music in 2004. Rolling Stone Magazine has likened her sound to a modern day Joni Mitchell and Rickie Lee Jones and with comparisons to Nick Drake and Norah Jones from No Depression Magazine, she’s made a name for herself on both sides of the pond. Aside from performing her own material she’s worked in many different aspects of the music industry from artist management to running a successful recording studio before finding her love of teaching right at NYC Guitar School! Cariad is passionate about music and feels honored to be able to help aspiring guitarists of any age find their own musical voice.
