Teaches at The Giving Tree Yoga Studio

Coming from the wacky world of performance art, she loves intertwining her experience in dance, music, and comedy into her yoga classes! She started practicing vinyassa flow in college and, over the years, as yoga became her go-to “happy place,” she decided it was time to give back the sense of joy, peace, and community she found in her practice through teaching. She completed her 200 hour chakra yoga teacher certification here at the giving tree under the guidance of Anne-Margaret this past spring! Autumn embraces silliness and believes that that our greatest breakthroughs come from falling down and finding a way to get right back up and try again. Her classes incorporate vinyassa flow, pranayama (breathe, baby, breathe!), a sense of play, and some pretty eclectic playlists. She hopes to help her students see that some adventure mixed with self reflection on the mat leads to creative freedom and fearlessness off the mat.
