  When faced with so many options, it is natural to feel a little worried that maybe you should have went with another class. However, when it comes to signing up for this class vs. other watercolor classes, you will not be let now. The instructor was confident and warm and made you feel like you were a natural (even if you don't believe what you are working on expresses that). Her demonstrations were easy to follow and she taught you just enough techniques to feel confident to create your final piece. You will have fun and put your creative juices to good use.

  The floral watercolor workshop was very well done. Our instructor, Carol, taught us how to paint 2 different flowers, and 2 different leaves. She gave us plenty of time to practice each flower (maybe a little too much time) and walked around the group several times, giving individual suggestions and hints. At the end, we created a floral design, and we got to take it home. I'd be interested in taking other classes at Craft Jam, if they are all taught as well.

  We had a full class, and although it meant we didn't get a ton of time with the instructor to help us one on one, it did make for a really fun + friendly atmosphere! The instructor walked us through the basics and then built on those concepts to show us how to make flowers. I'm fairly artsy, but I actually struggled with watercolors a little. I improved as the class went on and I walked away with a beautiful print that I made myself. I've since bought some watercolor supplies of my own and have been practicing at home! I would take this class again just for the fun of meeting other people and practicing the basics again.

  Carol instructed the class very well, she gave good direction and feedback; the class was well-paced and everyone left with a wonderful project they had done. Plus Carol was a lovely presence who clearly enjoyed sharing her gift and enjoyed interacting with the students. I will definitely check out other workshops by Carol.

  Class was fun for beginner to try watercolor for the first time. Instructor Carol was attentive to students and music selection was great. I wish there was more sample of floral handouts for students to look at and take home for practice. Overall, class was great and entertaining!

  I truly enjoyed the class. Very well handled and really gave good instructions and guidance. Of course there were a lot of young ladies there and I was the oldest! But did not matter. The class gave me what I was looking for and that was practice floral ideas in watercolor.
