The instructor was very knowledgeable and the course was filled with information. We could have benefited from a couple of short breaks in the morning and afternoon rather than just the one lunch break in the middle of the eight hour course. The pace was a bit fast for a beginner course, and the instructor was often a bit passive aggressive in her commentary when attendees asked questions or for help, which was a deterrent. I would not take another class with this instructor unless I had to.

As much as I wanted to love this class, I was disappointed. Trying to pack 2-3 days of information, into one day felt extrememly rushed and left me feeling like this was a waste of time, and lost money. For the amount of money each student spent, giving us one more day would have been better and allowed the chance to actually comprehend and absorb the information. While the instructor was knowledgeable, pleasant, and insisted that there was time for questions, there was not. The focus of the two example in class was more towards setting up web pages, that is useful, but an additional day could have given us time for other types examples. I left feeling disappointed, and I was not the only one.
