The Notary Public course is a 3.75 hour course that prepares individuals to take and pass the New York State Notary Public Law as prescribed by New York State Notary Public Law
A Notary Public is an official appointed agent authorized by the Secretary of State to serve the public as an impartial witness to signing important documents.
The notary public course provides individuals with a comprehensive overview of New York State Notary Public License Law. The course details the extent of the authority notary public holds as well as all duties and responsibilities bestowed to Notary Public.
The course will cover all material necessary to pass to New York State Notary Public Examination which will include situations notaries will encounter. avoiding conflicts of interest, maintaining professional ethics and conduct, charging proper fees, handling specific situation, minimizing legal liability and all law applicable to notaries for the state of New York.

The class was okay... I expected a little more detail and information. Also I expected a 3 1/2 hour class, but the instructor inform us it was only a 2 hr class... I hope pass that exam on Tuesday.
