Building the right team goes beyond interviewing, or matching skills to company needs. In this class we’ll review team dynamics and explore the role of leadership in building effective teams. From setting up the right hiring process, and the right culture for your company to the power of emotional intelligence. 

You’ll understand the fundamentals of what makes a team function effectively. And explore how to grow and improve existing teams, and the influence of behavior and attitude on other team members.
