Xtras: How to Talk Dirty (Without Cracking Up!)

Note: This provider has a temporary cancellation policy for COVID-19 related cancellations which is as follows:

Cancellations more than 24 hours prior to the class, We are allowing all credits for March to be good for 1.5 years. 

Cancellations within 24 hours can be made up directly through the school ([email protected]).

Cancellations within 2 hours of class or not showing up for class without canceling are considered no-shows and cannot be made up.

Original cancellation policy (non-COVID-19):

No refunds under any circumstances. 

Cancellations within 24 hours of class are considered late cancels and are made up by following the policy below. Cancellations within 2 hours of class or not showing up for class without canceling are considered no-shows and cannot be made up.

LATE CANCEL MAKE-UP INSTRUCTIONS: You have 6 months from the date of the missed class or up to the date that your pass expires, whichever occurs first.

1. Pick a class of equivalent value. 

2. Email us the day before that class before 5pm. 

3. Wait for an email from us. If there are available spots, we will put you into the class and honor your previous payment/pass. You are NOT guaranteed a spot and are only considered CONFIRMED in the class if you receive a confirmation email. 

Cancellations more than 24 hours prior to the class, you have 1 year from the date of the missed class to reschedule.

* If you scheduled your make-up and then miss that class, you forfeit your make-up.
