Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy (In-Person Classes):

Registrations are non-refundable.

Cancellation notice must be received by email 3 business days prior to the start time of your event to receive kitchen credit, less a 10% cancellation fee.
For multi-day camps and semesters, cancellation notice must be received 3 business days prior to the first day of the registered series to receive credit for the entire series; we are not able to offer partial cancellations or makeup classes for individual sick days that are missed.

Kitchen credits expire 6 months from the date of your request.

No refunds or kitchen credits will be issued when fewer than 3 business days notice is provided. We are unable to make exceptions to this policy for scheduling conflicts, last-minute illnesses or no shows.

Does each person get to make their own dough and own pizza? Or does the group of 4 or 5 make the dough and all eat from that one pizza?

Hi there! This class requires four pizza doughs per table so the student makes one dough from scratch while the school pre-make the other three so that there’s enough time for the yeast to activate and the doughs to rise. You will have your own pizza to eat.

It says you work in a group of 4/5. Does this mean you are making one pizza altogether or do you still get to make your own pizza?

Hi there! This class specializes in hands-on group cooking classes where each table will have about 4-5 participants cooking together. They will cook for about 90 minutes or so and savor the dishes they've created the last 20-30 minutes family-style with their table. Our Incredible Handmade Pizza menu consists of Margherita pizza, Mushroom Lover's pizza, Bismark pizza, and donut bites so they’ll be working together to make all those pizzas. Hope this helps!

The description says we will make dough from scratch. But I just read a review that said the dough was premade so folks didn't exactly learn how to make dough from scratch. Is there any way to find out the truth?

This is not so much a cooking class as a fun date-nite activity. My rating reflects my disappointment with the cooking class aspect of it. As a date-nite activity it would be fun. It was like one of those places where you do a painting while having a glass of wine. I was expecting instruction in pizza dough and hydration, starters, and especially skills in handing dough -- stretching vs tossing, etc. The class description indicated it would be instructional and it wasn't.

The class was phenomenal. My first time taking a cooking class and everything went perfectly. The instructions were very well informed and the process was at my speed. The food came out delicious and the people were very friendly. I will be back! Thank you again.

My boyfriend and I had a great time getting to know new people, making new foods! And the pizza that we made was so delicious and plentiful we took some home—ledtovers! And Kanesha was a dream host and teacher! Samantha was awesome too! A great time!!!
