So fun! I went from never having used a sewing machine to having a skirt and so many ideas for new projects!
For total beginners--if you've been wanting to learn to sew or you haven't touched a machine in years, this is the class for you! In just one session we'll walk you through the basics; you'll leave class with a finished elastic-waisted skirt.
Here's what we'll cover:
Fabric will be available for purchase in our retail shop. (If you prefer to bring your own fabric, you'll need two yards of a medium-weight woven; we recommend cotton or cotton blends.) All tools needed to complete this class will be provided, included sewing machines courtesy of BERNINA of America.
We do not issue refunds on workshop registrations.
In fairness to all of our customers, we are unable to make exceptions to our policy, including for reasons of illness or travel. If you are unable to attend a workshop at the last minute, we suggest giving your spot to a friend!
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
