Hi, Jason. While we don't cook the pizza in a pizza oven during the class the information provided is relevant and totally useful for somebody who has one. We teach how to prepare the dough from scratch and how to stretch it properly, with background knowledge to help you understand what's going on in each step of the process. Chef Daniel's class was very informative and fun! He has a great way of explaining things to the students in his class... he explains the WHY behind the cooking processes instead of just having us follow what he tells us step by step. He teaches his class in a way so that we can actually apply what we've learned once we go home and try it on our own. I think he is very knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. The class was really great and we will definitely take future classes with Chef Daniel. We also left very full after having eaten a lot of delicious pizza!
