Two people went in my place and LOVED it

For the most part my wife and I really loved the class. It was well-organized -- all ingredients were pre-measured and each step had been designed to allow us to do some things, without the risk of potentially ruining the meal. We really enjoyed meeting and working with the other couple at our station and the way in which the recipes necessitated us to work as a team. My only criticism was our "chef" who was clearly knowledgable but not the most warm person. She seemed overly concerned with the time throughout the class. That said, her "helpers" were extremely friendly and quick to give helpful tips when we were doing something wrong or needed assistance with an instruction. Overall - really enjoyed it and would do it again.

The course was everything I imagined, and more! The food was delicious and the instructors were informative. I appreciated that wine openers, glasses, and infused water were offered during the class. I highly recommend taking this course.

This is not so much a cooking class as a fun date-nite activity. My rating reflects my disappointment with the cooking class aspect of it. As a date-nite activity it would be fun. It was like one of those places where you do a painting while having a glass of wine. I was expecting instruction in pizza dough and hydration, starters, and especially skills in handing dough -- stretching vs tossing, etc. The class description indicated it would be instructional and it wasn't.

It was a fun class but felt a tad rushed. The cannolis were the best I ever tasted and the mushroom risotto was like it was from heaven but the baked eggplant parmigiana was okay not amazing. We did have a good time and left with a few new, wonderful recipes!
