This virtual workshop will support you in recognizing and challenging distorted thinking patterns that may be contributing to your emotions and behaviors. Cognitive distortions are irrational thoughts and beliefs that can exacerbate stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. By becoming aware of some of your own cognitive distortions, you can work toward developing healthier thought patterns and improving your mental health.
