Chad was wonderful! Very clear instruction, great attitude, and a lot of fun!

Amazing class taught by Mr.Mark Chandler. The 3 jam-packed days were just a steller foundation on what's possible with creating in After Effects and Premiere. The class was a mixture of informational lessons and real-world perspectives. I feel more confident tackling more AE projects now.

Chad was a great professor and really dove in depth on the topics we covered. And the curriculum wasn’t super rigid either, we did lots of exploring and playing around which was helpful. It’s always great to see someone else’s process. It definitely helped that I was the only student too, got to pick his brain more than I might have in a larger class. I appreciate him still doing the class for one student!

Janet was a great instructor and thoroughly guided us through the course. Prior to signing up, my only knowledge of Media Composer was through an online class I had completed just days before the MEW workshop. This course helped reinforce the knowledge I had and gave me new insights into editing and Media Composer. The only not-so-positive comment I have to make is that it would've been useful to have a disclaimer up front for questions from the students. In some cases, students used the floor to ask questions specific to projects they were working on outside the workshop which took away from the actual course itself. I found that to be distracting and not a good use of time.

Overall it wasn’t bad. I was actually a little upset I was the only one in the class. Having others may have been more beneficial since different questions may have been raised and possibly additional discussions on different topics. I also felt that the instructor, while knowledgeable and friendly, was too hesitant when demonstrating and pace was a little too slow. I was also a little upset that some of the exercises could not be done because certain things were not set up to do so.

The class was great and Chad, the teacher, was awesome. Booking through CourseHorse -- not so good. The CourseHorse online booking system messed up the dates, which caused some slight heart palpitations. Seems to be a gremlin on their site, which they need to look into.

I had a great time taking this course. Lessons were well paced, to the point, and gave me skills I was able to use immediately after.

Great intro course! I knew nothing about my camera. Now I feel like I have a good understanding. Be sure to bring your laptop because you’ll need to take a lot of notes quickly. Only thing is that I wish is that the classes were broken up into once a week, as opposed to back to back.

Very informative class. The instructor was great and he answered all of our questions.
