Introduction to Perfumery is a primer that offers a foundational overview of the perfume industry.
We will explore the history of perfumery, the perfumer’s palette, material families, methods of extraction, basic technical vocabulary, and an overview of regulatory aspects.
The class has a capacity of 6-12 students and is up to 3 hours long.
This Level 1 class is open to all and is intended for beginner and independent perfumers as well as professionals in the beauty and creative industries.
Printed course material will be provided.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
