What you'll learn in this sewing machine class:

Learn the basics of using a sewing machine and get some practice by making a small pin cushion! All tools and supplies are included, so all you have to do is bring yourself and your interest in learning.

Level: Beginner. No sewing experience necessary.

Cutting mats, sewing machines, neutral thread and irons will be provided for use in the classroom.

Optional Supplies:

Fabric scraps at least 5” square
Fabric scissors
Sewing pins
Seam ripper

Great to learn my way around a sewing machine again.

The class was just what I needed. We learned start to finish how to set up the sewing machine and even made a small pin cushion for practice. The instructor was very knowledgeable and helped us at every phase. There was a bit of a sales pitch throughout, which was a slight turn off, but it was good to know that each of the products we would need to continue are all in one place.

Such a great and rewarding class. Very knowledgeable, kind and patient instructor. Learned the basics of machine sewing, which was what I was seeking. Pleasantly surprised that there were three men as well as three of us women in the class. And we all got to make our own pin cushions.
