Pam Heffler

Teaches at Your Neighborhood Studio

Pam was a dancer most of her life. She graduated with a BFA in Dance from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and shortly after became a member of a Los Angeles-based dance company. For the next several years, she danced professionally in films, music videos and television. She moved to NYC and continued performing both as a dancer and actor. To support her artistic endeavors, she worked as a fitness instructor and personal fitness trainer, teaching a wide variety of fitness including step, body sculpt and stretch. Upon moving back to LA, she took her background in dance and fitness and began teaching both mat and reformer Pilates. She has been teaching Pilates for the last 10 years here in LA at various health clubs and studios. She currently teaches both group and private Pilates.
