Nicole Buckley

Teaches at Yoga Everyone

Nicole first discovered yoga while attending NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts as an Acting Major. She was overwhelmed by the almost instantaneous sense of peace it brought to her life, and felt an urgent need to learn more. Nicole’s 200-hour was completed through YogaWorks under the leadership of Casey Coda and Kori Flechtner in Costa Mesa, CA. She taught privates, and small group classes, until she completed her 300-hour through YogaWorks under the mentorship of Elizabeth Neuse in New York City. Nicole has also completed Restorative & Therapeutic Teacher Training with Jillian Pransky. Nicole teaches an alignment-based, flow style class with an emphasis on pranayama (breath work), meditation, and yoga philosophy. She aims to share the benefits that yoga has brought to her life with others. It is her intention to teach classes from the heart. From her own experience on the mat- to share a piece of her practice, and what she’s learned along her journey with her students. Nicole fosters an open, encouraging, down-to-earth environment where students can come to know themselves, their bodies, and their breath on a deeper level. To Nicole, there is not a more fulfilling job in the world!
