Teaches at Yoga Everyone

Jennifer started taking yoga when she was fourteen after ending up in the hospital due to her asthma. Her Mother thought it would help and she was right. Jennifer fell in love with yoga and then was also able to take other aerobics classes. For the first time in her life, she felt like she could be athletic. When she was 19, she got the chance to start teaching yoga at a gym and immediately loved teaching it to others. She went on to get certified through YogaFit and later, after moving to Thousand Oaks, got the opportunity to get her 500 hour Teacher Training with Purusha Hickson in 2006. That happened to be the same year that she signed up for her first marathon! Jennifer has since completed several more races. She continues to run, teach fitness classes and yoga. She knows first hand how yoga especially benefits athletes in helping balance out the beating our body takes. It is also essential for the mind to balance out our everyday stresses.
