Donyea Adams

Donyea Adams is an experienced private and public-sector community development manager with 25+ years in real estate providing professional real estate advisory services for both the private and public sectors. Previous private sector assignments include commercial real estate advisory services, affordable housing resident manager and affordable housing rehabilitation development management. Donyea received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Pepperdine University in 2004 and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California School of Policy Planning and Development in 2008. Donyea has maintained an active California Real Estate Broker license since 1994. In 2009, Donyea set up a consulting service to provide professional real estate advisory and investment services to corporations, private entities and local government authorities. In addition to the consulting service, in 2015 Donyea embarked on a career as a real estate instructor to two Real Estate Schools. Donyea’s course curriculum is designed for students to meet the mandatory educational requirements as a prerequisite for the California Bureau of Real Estate salesperson and broker licensure exam.Close
