David is thrilled to share his passion and joy for dance with everyone at YNS. David has been a group fitness instructor for 15 years teaching at many gyms in the Los Angeles area, and has performed at fitness conventions in the US and abroad as a part of Izett Barnett's Xtreme Step Performance Troupe. David enjoys teaching the Dance It Out format because it welcomes all levels of dancers and the choreography is immediately accessible yet infinitely adaptable, encouraging all students to add their own expression.
