    I took the class for exercise, and because I was quite the ballerina in my early teens. The class was ideal -- not so fundamental that it was boring, but basic enough to be doable 50 years and quite a few pounds after those beloved lessons and recitals. I chose to be visible, as I had made myself a tutu from tulle and duct tape ... but one can choose to participate invisibly. Fun class!

    I really enjoyed being able to stretch and do some yoga during lunch. It’s great if you’re stuck to a desk and computer all morning. The instructor/people were friendly and I felt comfortable working at my own pace:)

    First time taking this yoga class online and it was really nice. The instructor was welcoming and I was able to follow along with the mix of stretching, Strength and Balance poses. I was able to go at my own level. I joined many of the participants who turned their cameras off during the workout, which eliminates a self conscious feeling. I also appreciated being able to join a class near Boston while I was in New York:)
