The How to Identify Your Ideal Customer class is designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs, small business owners, creators, and service providers understand who their products or services are best suited for. Identifying your ideal customer is an essential step in building a successful business because it helps you make informed decisions about product development, pricing, branding, marketing, and customer communication.
This class is divided into two parts, combining a 1-hour live virtual session with instructor-led theory and a question-and-answer session with an online learning experience consisting of four course modules. Students will learn how to define their target audience, understand customer needs and purchasing behaviors, identify potential customer groups, and develop an ideal customer profile that supports their business goals.
Through the live virtual session, students will explore foundational concepts and have the opportunity to ask questions. During the online portion, students will log into their Peach Academy accounts and complete four course modules designed to reinforce their knowledge and guide them through the process of identifying and understanding their ideal customers.
By the end of the class, students will have a clearer understanding of who they want to serve, what motivates their customers to buy, and how to position their business to attract the right audience.
