Learn how to make delicious soups perfect for the change of seasons. In this intensely interactive 2-hour virtual workshop, our chef will guide you through the techniques and skills in order to make these well-balanced and flavorful one pot meals from the comfort of your own home. These recipes also freeze well, so you can look forward to stocking up your freezer!
You can choose to make all of the items, or select the recipes you would like to cook along with your chef in real time. Either way, your chef will make sure all of your questions are answered during or after class.

Our Virtual Cook Along classes, via Zoom, will have you and your chef cooking together in real time. We’ll provide you with the recipe packet, equipment list and class syllabus upon registration, so you’re prepared to get cooking! Our Zoom moderator will make sure your questions are answered live by the chef either during or after class.

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
