Nicole Radshaw completed her 200-hour training studying Multidisciplinary Yoga with Daniel Hickman and Jolene Ryan at Radiance Yoga. Following she completed a 40-hour Prenatal Yoga Training with Leslie Lytle of Ommama (now Nurture) of Richmond, VA, and a Postpartum Pilates Training with Debbie Goodman in New York City. Nicole did additional continuing education in philosophy, mindfulness, and yoga training for children with YoKid and Circle Yoga. Most recently, she finished the Mindful Schools Educator Essentials course.
