Great Falls of the Potomac River is truly the greatest natural wonder of the DC area, and there is no better time to photograph it than at dawn.
Join Corey Hilz and photograph the early morning splendor of the falls from the overlook in Maryland, as well as some of the nearby sights such as the C&O Canal and Great Falls Tavern. Learn how to shoot in low light, capture flowing water, exploit the rising sun, compose waterscapes, and more.
We may also be fortunate enough to see and photograph some Great Blue herons.
