Class Level:

You will need a reliable Internet connection as well as a computer or device with which you can access your virtual class. We recommend you arrive to class 5-10 minutes early to ensure you're able to set up your device and connection.
This class will be held via Zoom unless otherwise specified
Day 1 - Day 2 : Lecture portion of the course will be done online via live webinar. Student must have PC with a webcam and microphone for the video conference.
Day 3 : Hands-on and course exam will be administered in person at our facility.
Purpose:
The course will teach the legal and technical issues and obligations facing inspectors when inspecting for lead hazards, to determine whether or not lead-based paint or other lead hazards are present in sufficient quantities to require abatement according to regulatory guidelines.
Course Content:
After registration, students will receive information on signing onto the webinar platform via ZOOM. Please note access to PC with webcam and audio will be necessary to attend the live webinar.
Students will be required to show their state ID (example: Drivers license) at the start of the Webinar. During the Live webinar, students will be able to interact with the instructor. Training will be actively proctored at all times.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
