Enjoy a selection of great bourbons through an educative and fun experience. Learn or consolidate your knowledge on the bourbon production, the categories and the aroma profiles.

Learn how to nose and taste like a pro, compare and then differentiate these bourbons.

You will enjoy experiencing these five expressions:

Blanton’s original single barrel, iconic, multi-rewarded, very first single barrel invented
Weller special reserve, an outstanding flavor profile, a wheated bourbon, featuring exceptional smooth taste
Eagle rare, 10 years old, “Master bourbon” in 2020 at the American Whiskey Masters, and gold medal at international Spirit challenge
Woodford Reserve Double oaked: “Master bourbon super premium” 2017-2018 at the American Whiskey Masters

Please note:

These bourbons are in very limited supply. While we will always aim at having the featured bourbons, we may need to replace one or more expression. We always manage to have equivalent or better expressions as replacement.

The kit will be shipped to you prior to class.

Remote Learning

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.

Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.

Refund Policy

Tasting Session

There is no refund after the material is shipped. As we offer regular sessions, you can reschedule at no cost.
Before the material is shipped, a refund will be issued less a 15% cancellation fee. It takes around ten business days for our payment platform to recredit your account.

There is no refund after the material is shipped. As we offer regular sessions, you can reschedule at no cost.
Before the material is shipped, and as the electronic handbook was sent at booking, a refund will be issued, less $100. It takes around ten business day to our payment platform to recredit your account.

For the whiskey and food experience

For cancellations more than 6 business days prior to the experience, there is a 15% cancellation fee.
For cancellations less than 6 business days prior the experience, there is a 50% cancellation fee (corresponding to the deposit).
Food being perishable, the potential reschedule is to be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Should the school cancel a session or a course, the student may choose between a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee or reschedule towards another date.
