Designing Layouts for Mobile Use:

appropriate layout size for iPhone and iPad
field control styles and value lists
autosizing objects for portrait and landscape view
ios (touch) layout themes

Calculations and Scripting in FileMaker Go

helpful calculation functions
script changes in Go
directing Go users to Go layouts
reporting with Go in mind
error trapping for unsupported script steps

Advanced Techniques

handing off complex routines
transactional scripting
passing data between Go and other ios apps

Pre-requisites: This class is designed for experienced FileMaker database developers who want to extend the reach of their databases to the iOS platform.

Refund Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a class registration at least 8 business days prior to the class without incurring any penalty.
After 8 business days, we may charge a penalty of up to 100% of the registration cost.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
