Description

Pizza stands as one of America's most celebrated dishes, beloved worldwide for its straightforward appeal and exceptional flavor. If you have long been interested in learning to prepare authentic thin-crust pizza dough topped with premium artisanal ingredients, our experienced professional pizza makers will share their extensive knowledge to guide you through every step of creating delicious gourmet pizzas in a residential gas-fired oven.

During this three-hour hands-on culinary workshop, expert instructors will guide you through the complete process of dough preparation, pizza assembly, and oven cooking in a warm and welcoming environment. You will personally knead and shape the dough, incorporating carefully selected imported Italian ingredients to craft your own signature creation.

Important Note: This course requires a minimum of four students to proceed. If the course is cancelled, you will receive advance notice with alternative dates or a complete refund.

Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 2 business days in advance of the class will be honored with a refund less 5% cancellation fee.
Students who cancel less than 2 business days prior to the start time of the class will receive a credit towards a future class.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
