Description
The Bar Method Downtown San Francisco is owned and operated by Hannah Goetz and Heather Thompson. Hannah and Heather were trained under The Bar Method founder, Burr Leonard, at the flagship studio in the San Francisco Marina District.
Hannah & Heather fell in love with teaching and being involved in the incredible physical and mental transformations they saw students make and decided to partner up and follow their dream of owning their own Bar Method.
After almost a year of searching for the “perfect location” they finally found it at 3 Embarcadero Center in the Financial District! They held their breath, took a leap of faith and quit their corporate jobs to open the doors to the Downtown San Francisco studio in January of 2008. The studio started with 44 classes a week and has nearly doubled to now offer 85 classes a week taught by 28 inspirational instructors.
