Refund Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY (In-Person Classes): Registrations are non-refundable. Cancellation notice must be received by email 48 hours prior to the start time of your event to receive kitchen credit, less a 10% cancellation fee. For multi-day camps and semesters, cancellation notice must be received 48 hours prior to the first day of the registered series to receive credit for the entire series; we are not able to offer partial cancellations or makeup classes for individual sick days that are missed. Kitchen credits expire 6 months from the date of your request.
No refunds or kitchen credits will be issued when fewer than 48 hours notice is provided. Taste Buds Kitchen is unable to make exceptions to this policy for scheduling conflicts, last-minute illnesses or no shows. If you cannot attend your event for any reason, you are always welcome to send a friend in your place, and we hope that you do!
CANCELLATION POLICY (Online/Virtual Classes): Bookings for online classes and events are non-refundable and non-transferable. For public classes, you are always welcome to send the link to someone else to enjoy the class.

A Tour of Tuscany (BYOB)
I bought "A Tour of Tuscany" class for my partner's birthday, and we had an incredible time! The customer service was also excellent, given that we had to reschedule our first class last minute due to Covid-19 exposure. We loved that we were paired with others at our table and left making new friendships— we would love to book another class someday! Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend it to others.

What a lovely class! The chef instructors were friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. I’ll definitely be back for another class.

Clean facility and well organized. Helpful staff. Teacher was wonderful and clear instructions. Would have loved a class geared towards more experienced cooks, however, it was very fun for a group of friends.

Overall, the Tour Of Tuscany class was great! The food was really amazing, and the recipe was easy to follow (even for someone with only a little cooking experience). Tommy had a bit of an annoyed tone for some of the time when he was teaching the larger group, and his demonstrations could have been a bit more clear/slower. HOWEVER, I understand that it was a very packed 2 hours with lots to teach - so I understand he probably felt rushed. Overall, he was a GREAT teacher! :) We appreciated the 1:1 help from Tommy and the rest of the support staff throughout the class and towards the end. Love that they played music in between the demonstrations while we were working in our small groups - that made it super fun. Will always recommend Taste Buds Kitchen - their classes are the best every time! Great space, great food, and overall a really fun and informative experience. ♥️
