Discover that calm commanding presence inside yourself as you guide your clients into a more restorative & healing state. Use the science of brainwaves to superpower your sessions.
Module 1.0 emphasizes learning and practicing techniques around Relaxation & Beta/Alpha brainwaves.
NOTE:
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for sitting in meditation, for laying down on a yoga mat or laying down on a massage table.
We will order in food for lunch. Or please bring your lunch to accommodate food sensitivities.
