What you'll learn in this beginning weaving class:
You want to learn to weave... but want a more portable project...or you find the bigger looms a bit intimidating?
This is "real" weaving on a "real" loom. You'll find scarves in our gallery woven by Tammy on our rigid heddle looms (we defy you to discern the difference!).
SAORI STYLE WEAVING is doable for your first project. During this 2 or 3 session class, students will learn how to plan a project (scarf, runner, purse fabric), measure the warp threads, thread the rigid heddle, wind on and start weaving! Take the loom home for one week to weave your project... come back for the final session to learn how to remove it from the loom and several finishing options.

Project materials and use of a loom are included in our class fee. Looms available at the studio for separate purchase as low as $165 (receive a $10 discount when you purchase a loom).

Refund Policy
Rescheduling or transfers to another date or other class are 100% transferable (Refund requests are 90% refundable) when withdrawal requests are made greater than 4 business days prior to class start.
No refunds, credits or make-up sessions available on short-notice cancellations (less than 4 business days notice) students should consider gifting or selling their seat to a friend.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
