Matt De Spain

Teaches at Brooklyn Boulders

Matt is a former wildland firefighter who has enjoyed organized and extreme sports since he was a kid. He's always been into personal fitness, and discovered his passion for training others during his time spent designing fitness programs for wildland fire crews. Originally from the Chicago area, Matt has spent most of his adulthood living close to nature in Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Minnesota, New Mexico, and California before returning to the city.
