Breadhitz

Ciril Hitz is a master baker and a passionate teacher. While his workshops allow for hands-on instruction and personal connection to students, he recognizes that not everyone who would like to has the opportunity to attend.

His desire to help other bakers led to the idea of bringing workshops directly into their homes, and in 2005 he created his first educational DVD series on decorative breads, Bread Art.

Thus, Breadhitz was born with the mission to make baking education accessible to anyone, anywhere. As we continue to grow, so does our line of products.

Over the years the educational DVDs have expanded to include thirteen titles and Chef Hitz has authored two books on bread baking. In addition, we offer a small assortment of quality tools to help bring out the best in your baking.
