Exquisite, sumptuous, and once you understand the steps, easy to prepare, truffle risotto is a dish that is sure to become part of your cooking repertoire.
The meal starts with antipasti, full of memories from Chef Daniel’s childhood in Argentina. We then prepare the main dish, using ingredients discovered by Chef Daniel that are actually available year round. We will also prepare a Mediterranean salad. The meal concludes with Chef Daniel’s crostata alle mandorle, a chocolate, almond and apricot tart.
